AGM / BAKE SALE / POINTED BRUSH SNOWFLAKE
As you can see this will be a jampacked meeting. The most important component is the Bake Sale. This is our one fundraiser of the year. Members who are bakers are asked to bring their donations already packaged and priced to sell. Tables will be out for you to put your goodies on as you arrive. Shoppers – bring CASH! We always have a lot of great baked goods, many would be terrific for holiday entertaining if they last that long! Eveyone is free to browse the tables, but no actual picking up of goods or purchasing will take place until after the AGM.
AGM including ELECTIONS
Elections are for a two year term. We would love to have some new faces on the Executive. Many of the current executive having been serving for many years. Help is needed. Speak to any member of the executive if you are prepared to help. Sharing a current executive member prior to taking you taking on the position is possibility. What can you do to keep our Society vibrant!
We will also need to approve our financial report at this meeting. The report will be included in your copy of the October/November Bulletin, so you will have lots of time to look at it prior to the meeting. Copies will not be available at the meeting.
